We tried their Madras Filter Coffee and Nei Roast Dosa and here’s our take on the same. Priced at just Rs. 45/- this classic Chennai filter coffee made with thick milk and strong coffee is surely a hit with its frothy appearance, flavour and aroma. Nei or Ghee Roast Dosa served by Kaapi Queen is crispy and golden coloured with rich aroma of freshly prepared ghee. It comes coated with podi or gunpowder; and is served with 3 types of chutneys and sambar. Sambar is authentic with homely flavours and is simply outstanding.
Apart from their signature Madras filter Coffee, they have quite an interesting variety of brews and beverages to choose from. Right from Kerala special Meter Chai, Sulemani Tea, a no milk chai with a distinct cinnamon flavour. Sukka Kaapi, a spiced coffee without milk, made with dry ginger and cardamom, is refreshing and cleanses your system.
