Taking this chain of innovation & novelty ahead, Dr. Sonam has started a beautiful new restaurant on the busy FC Road named Terrasinne, Socially Conscious Dining. The reason we are writing specially about this restaurant is because all their service staff is 100 per cent deaf and mute! Even though the staff is abled in a limited way, diners don’t feel under-served at all!
Talking to GudNewz about the concept behind the restaurant, Dr. Sonam said, “This is an effort to bring a change in how these specially abled people look at themselves and how we look at them. At our restaurant, the effort is to make them feel ‘included’. I’d like our customers to take a step ahead and become a part of these people’s life. All of this while they are served world-cuisine at Terrasinne.”
