This Sunday, 2 youngsters of Pune, Swapnil & Urja, are launching a movement for everyone that will help you #SaveYourMind from all these clutters, stress and negativity. This is a free 2hour long session conducted on YouTube Live.

In this first session, Nemasva has planned a few fun games to understand the daily challenges our mind has to face. Urja and Swapnil also have a few tricks up their sleeves for how to clean your mind to come out of daily frustrating situations that life throws at us.
This duo will explain Yogic processes that can help you tackle daily life situations, how to handle anxiety on a daily basis and many more such practical implications of Yog. Nemasva will introduce you to a few healthy habits that help you to train your mind in a positive way.
