One of the most known place for fabulous biryani and Tandoor on Bund Garden road, Blue Nile has a new addition, Blue Nile Café. This is part of their expansion plan in the newly renovated building. This café, with double height ceiling, open spaces, beckons you to rest awhile, enjoy a cup of Irani tea with bun maska or a broon pav.

The space is delightful and has 24 covers, designed as a café which also doubles up as part of the restaurant during lunch hours but as a café, it opens its doors to the morning walkers to step in for freshly brewed tea as early as 6 am and continues until 12 pm and later from 4 pm to 8 pm.

It has on its menu the usual Irani menu of Bun Omelettes (₹80), cheese (₹105), Masala (₹110), giving you a taste of crunchy Samosas vegetable (₹30) or chicken (₹40), and that special black Irani, with a dash of mint and squeeze of lemon. The café also serves you bakery products like Cream roll (₹25), Jam roll (₹40) or a Mawa Cake (₹40).

But if you are in the mood for trying some Turkish delicacies then do try their newly introduced Baklavas (₹200) for three pieces, trust me, you will come back again just to try them with your tea. There are also some interesting sweets like Kibris ( a sweet from Cyprus) (₹150), Saray Sarma a Turkish role (₹150).

If you are in Camp, or visiting Sadhu Vaswani Chowk, step in, cool a while, relax and enjoy the hospitality of Blue Nile.
