Paneerwala is making over 30+ variants of cheese in-house and fresh!! A lot of variants which I’ve never even heard of.
Don’t get confused when I say Paneerwala is selling cheese. My boss pointed out to me that paneer is also cheese. But believe me when I say ‘cheese’ I’m ‘cheer-ed’ here. I’m stumped by the variety they are making in-house.
The best part, they know their cheese well. Its low on salt, less processed so the cheese can develop and retain its taste and absolutely low on preservatives. Varieties like Indian Parmesan, Mozzarella, Black Pepper Cheese, Rose Cheese amongst other varieties is available. The staff will enlighten you about it happily.
Under the name of Dairyman’s Pizza in their stores you can enjoy pizzas with an offering of different variety of cheese as mixed and matched.
Since 2012 this start-up is working closely with farmers from Wagholi. The milk is procured from the farmers directly to irradiate any unwanted interference. Not are they only buying milk from the farmers to make a variety of dairy products, they are also selling the farmer’s products in their stores. Organic jaggery, wheat, jowar and other things are available to pick.
