And they just haven’t opened an outlet but it is the biggest outlet yet!

Why Miya Kebabs Stands Out?

What makes them stand out from the rest is their special way of making kebabs. They have only the best cuts of the meat. Tender and juicy meat is marinated in an array of spices. The flavouring is also carefully selected to be aromatic and tasty. When the meat is grilled, they toss their kebabs in gravies specific to the dishes. They just don’t stop there but also coat the same gravy to the naan. Yes! They serve a naan along with the kebabs. When you take a bite of this gravy coated naan with the meaty gravy laden kebabs, your tastebuds are going to have an explosion! Your mouth is going to explode with flavours, and We bet that you will be addicted to Miya Kebabs!

Signature Dishes We Tried

We tried their signature dishes which are the Changezi Kebab, Kashmiri Kebab, and Dynamite Tangadi and their underdog, Cheese Zaatar Naan with Kheema and Hummus!

Changezi Kebabs

Changezi kebab is a type of their red gravy which is tangy and a bit spicy. It is a bit heavy on the oil but come one that’s where the taste is! Served with gravy brushed naans!

Kashmiri Kebabs

Kashmiri kebabs are exactly like the name, packed with aromatics and flavours and is not spicy or too sweet. Again. Served with naans having the Kashmiri gravy flavours.

Dynamite Tangadi

We asked if it would be too spicy and that is the reason it is named Dynamite? They said not really. It is inspired by the Korean Dynamite sauce. It is a blend of Mayonnaise, sriracha and Korean gochujang amongst the other few. It is creamy but packs a well-rounded punch. Chicken leg is grilled to perfection and then coated with this dynamite sauce.

Zaatar Naan with Kheema & Hummus (Our Favourite!)

Zaatar Naan with Hummus and Kheema is according to us is an underdog in their menu. Simply because of the fact that it is one of the most flavourful dishes. Let’s start with Zaatar Naan, the simple naan is coated generously to every inch with zaatar spices. Not only that but a hefty amount of cheese becomes the middle layer. The kheema is unlike others as it seems to be hand pounded and it is chunky. It is not spicy but with every bite the complexity of the all the flavours unfolds in your mouth. This kheema is put in the well of freshly made hummus which seems bland compared to the zaatar naan and kheema. But the hummus plays an important role in balancing the overall taste profile of this dish. It’s served alongside freshly made hummus, which might taste mild on its own but plays a crucial role in balancing the boldness of the zaatar naan and kheema. Together, it creates a beautifully rounded flavour profile that keeps you coming back for more.

P.S- If you happen to be in Baner and decide to visit the biggest outlet of the viral Miya Kebabs, A Pro Tip, quantity of Zaatar Naan with Khema and Hummus is more than enough for one, it is a proper meal for one!
