We tried a variety of dishes and were absolutely blown away.
Chipotle Cutlets were the perfect start. Smoky, spiced patties made with pinto beans, topped with fresh pico de gallo and smooth avocado crema. Each bite offered bold flavours balanced with a cool, creamy finish.
The Costilla (Pork Ribs) was unlike anything we’ve seen in Pune before. Sticky, smoky ribs glazed with berries and chilli. What made it truly unique? A crown of crunchy chicharrones and popcorn-like pork puffs that added a surprise crunch to every bite.
Their Not A Watermelon Salad is pure genius. Thin slices of watermelon, toasted melon seeds, mint leaves, Tajín spice, and that same velvety avocado crema. Light, fresh, and peppery — perfect for Pune’s weather.
Next up was the Chicken Birria Tacos. Slow-braised pulled chicken, stuffed into house-made grilled tacos, finished with salsa, coriander and pico de gallo. The meat was rich and juicy, and the tacos had just the right char.
We couldn’t leave without trying the Chicken Mole Poblano — a traditional favourite from Puebla, Mexico. The chicken leg is first confit cooked until melt-in-the-mouth tender, then grilled for a smoky edge. It’s served on a bed of rich, deep, chocolatey mole sauce. Bonus: it comes with unlimited tacos and a celery relish that adds the perfect zing.
For dessert, we tried their Churros made with eggs — light, crispy, and dusted with cinnamon sugar, served with dark Indian chocolate. Warm, indulgent, and simply unforgettable.
