Born in Pune itself, the brand Rocket Pizza planned to launch in the month of March in an online way. The online way was the only way available because of the ‘dark kitchen’ concept the owner, Subodh Pawar has chosen for Rocket Pizza!

The launch campaign titled ‘Shagun ka Pizza at 51/-‘ was planned for the first three days of the business on Zomato delivery. This unique campaign and the drool-worthy pictures of pizzas being baked in the brick oven attracted a lot of customers during the first three days!

The campaign was entirely promoted online using social media and different portals. Subodh says, “We didn’t really prepare for this kind of a response, especially because we were just starting. But on day One, we got sold out within the first 2 hours itself. So next day, we prepared for double the number of pizzas and they also got in the first three hours itself. This kickstart is definitely very encouraging!”

Going ahead, Subodh plans to establish this brand as a fun pizza brand that is all about using natural ingredients and serving fresh food only. While making pizzas in the brick oven that he built himself, he makes sure to use no frozen or artificial flavours or colors in the food!
