Once everything is finalised, the CAD file is sent to a CNC cutting machine, which precisely cuts each element of your design. If your design includes multiple materials, each part is cut separately and then assembled later.
After cutting, all the elements are carefully put together. The pieces are joined using an industrial-strength adhesive that is weatherproof and built to last for years — something that’s especially important for something placed outdoors.
