What makes this dish instantly relatable for Maharashtrian diners is its comforting similarity to a familiar favourite — Tambada Rassa. Different cuisine, but the same idea of slow-cooked meat paired with a rich, flavourful broth.

At Camden Bistro, the Birria Tacos are served exactly the way they should be.
