This thali includes mutton gravy, mutton sukka, rassa, solkadhi, papad, rice<\/strong> and Bhakri <\/strong>or chapati<\/strong>. The mutton is so well cooked that it falls off the bone. The mutton is spicy yet not overpowering on tastebuds. The mutton is so well fried that it is rightly caramelised with onions and spices.
