The plate is a colorful medley of puffed rice mixed with a tangy tamarind and jaggery chutney, freshly chopped onions, farsan and garnished with fresh coriander. But what made it stand out was the perfectly sliced pieces of raw mango, which elevates the taste of the bhel.<\/p>\n<p>One bite and you can taste a perfect blend of tangy and sweet mixture with the right amount of crunchy texture of farsan. Pushkarini Bhel is not your average street food joint. They take freshness seriously and only use the best ingredients in their legendary bhel. The <b>Bhadang<\/b> (spicy puffed rice) used in their bhel is sourced fresh daily, giving each bite a satisfying crunch. The farsan is also made every morning to ensure the perfect texture.
