Chur Chur Naan Thali<\/span><\/b> comes with the quite-essential chur chur naan, dal makhani, Shahi paneer, boondi raita, and salad<\/b>. Golden brown chur chur naan are cooked in tandoor with a perfect crunch to it. Generously layered with ghee and with a filling of aloo pyaaz, it is rich and flavorful. With a layer of cream on top, their dal makhani has a thick texture to it. Shahi paneer, with lots of cream and butter, makes for a perfect companion for the naan. The boondi raita is refreshing and onions with the mint chutney make it a hit combination.<\/span><\/p>\n

The best part of the chur chur naan is the dough used for its preparation. It\u2019s a mix of 30% maida combined with besan and wheat flour in higher proportions. It is crunchy, tasty, and light on the tummy too.<\/span><\/p>\n
