He\u2019s all of 27 years, but wears multiple hats. Has worked with multiple advertising agencies and media houses. And hence knows exactly how to get the best ROI from things. He says he\u2019s applied this simple logic to his Ganpati decorations every year.<\/p>\n<p>He was born into a family that always celebrated Ganpati with a lot of enthusiasm. Varied ideas are brought to the table months ahead. The one thing they always try to stick is to make it a <strong>100% eco-friendly<\/strong>. All the material used is always reusable or trashable. Except for electronics but again those are used the following years. The idols are procured from the same vendor for the last 7 years and he uses organic colors like haldi and sindoor only.<\/p>\n<p>As for the <strong>Chadra-Mahal<\/strong> theme, the material used mostly is cardboard and loads of cotton. The clouds are given a lightning effect. Lights were first glued to the cardboard and then cotton was placed upon it. Cotton is either stitched or glued upon the cardboard then. Some of it is either stuck on the wall or placed strategically to make it look like the clouds are hanging. Then an old lamp is covered with white paper to give it the look of the moon. When you look at the pictures you will be mesmerized by them.
