On the 2nd day of its launch ,Thursday, they\u00a0received as many as 552 complaints of which 502 were resolved by the evening.<\/p>\n<p>PCMC IT department head\u00a0<strong>Neelkanth Poman<\/strong>\u00a0said citizens can access the WhatsApp chat bot facility on their cellphones using the number\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wa.me\/+918888006666\"><strong>8888006666<\/strong><\/a>. \u201cTo use the service, citizens should first save the number on their cell phones. Then, all that they need to do is type \u2018menu\u2019 on WhatsApp to register their complaints about the services. They will have to provide their name, address and location,\u201d he said. The chatbot is available in both English and Marathi.<\/p>\n<p>PCMC has become the second municipal corporation (after Mumbai\u2019s BMC) in Maharashtra to launch the WhatsApp chatbot using artificial intelligence.
