Then this new place in the lanes of <strong>Koregaon Park<\/strong> is only for you!<\/p>\n<p>Make sure you hurry up to Koregaon Park for the newly launched <strong>Gatti Chutney<\/strong> for <strong>Bengaluru style<\/strong> authentic dosas &amp; fresh filter kaapi. Dosas that are crisp on the outside, soft inside and gleaming with <strong>desi ghee<\/strong> splashed on it while roasting\u00a0it to a perfect brown; that&#8217;s how their signature dish is!<\/p>\n<p>Apart from these shiny dosas that we are raving about, the staple <strong>Khara Bhaath (Upma)<\/strong>, <strong>Thatte Idli<\/strong>, <strong>Podi Idli<\/strong> and <strong>Kesari Bhaath<\/strong> are equally heavenly. No dish served here has even the slightest amount of food color, soda or maida which makes it totally healthy to consume even on a daily basis.<\/p>\n<p>Podi used in the recipes at <strong>Gatti Chutney<\/strong> is quite unique with the grainy texture and a hint of sweetness which we feel comes from the <strong>jaggery<\/strong> they use. Also, all dishes are cooked or finished with desi ghee giving you that satiating feeling with every bite.<\/p>\n<p>Kesari Bhaath which is essentially\u00a0your <strong>pineapple Sheera<\/strong> that you get here is kind of a mandate, be it any meal. Minimal sweetness, rich aroma of sooji roasted in ghee and pieces of pineapple in every bite makes it a must. Looks indulgent but very light on stomach.<\/p>\n<p>Idlis are soft and pillowy; and when that podi along with ghee is applied on a hot idli, you end up finishing it within a minute. It&#8217;s a challenge we are up for any day. Do not go by the size of that Thatte Idli, it&#8217;s very light to eat, very much like the Kesari Bhaath.<\/p>\n<p>Among the dosa menu, we highly recommend their <strong>Ghee Garlic Roast Dosa<\/strong>, <strong>Multigrain Ghee Dosa<\/strong> and <strong>Podi Dosa<\/strong>. But not trying their other dosas is not really an option, you must make multiple trips to Gatti Chutney. The dosas may vary but the chutneys are constant i.e. <strong>green chutney<\/strong> and <strong>tomato chutney<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ending such a meal with a nice glass of filter kaapi is a ritual and you too can&#8217;t really break that here.
