It comes easy when you are an actor hailing form Lalbaug and Parel area where acting starts early with performances in our galli natak mandala,\u201d smiles Siddarth through his blue tinted glasses.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI enjoyed the journey of playing \u2018Manav\u2019 in &#8216;Lochya Zala Re&#8217; and while playing my character, shooting in London brought back memories of my love life,\u201d said Siddharth, who was shooting three films and was in London for three months. \u201cI have not yet seen Lords, but it\u2019s on my wish list,\u201d added this ardent cricket fan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was young and met Trupti, my wife, during a play audition. I was a nobody then and she wanted to be a journalist. I liked her the moment I saw there and decided to propose to her. So after following her local train schedule, I finally proposed marriage right under the Elphinstone Road station platform indicator. She being sensible, spoke of first getting to know each other and we became friends first,\u201d said Siddharth.<\/p>\n<p>It was during their early days of dating that Siddharth had promised his wife that one day he would take her to Switzerland. He fulfilled his promise and the opportunity came when Maharashtra Mandal in Switzerland invited Siddharth for an event. \u201cThe organisers asked what my remuneration would be, instead I requested if I could bring my wife with me and they agreed! Thus taking her out for her very first international trip.
