Already a crowd favourite on Bavdhan Road, they\u2019ve now opened their second outlet in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.urbanly.in\/pune\/fashion\/only-boutique-in-pune-which-makes-premium-designer-kids-ethnic-wear\/\">Kothrud<\/a><\/strong>, making it even easier to get a taste of Karnataka on your plate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Their focus is simple, stay true to authentic Mysore cuisine. But at the same time, they also bring in a few interesting twists that make the experience even better.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>Mysore Masala Dosa, As Real As It Gets<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Their <\/span><b>Mysore Masala Dosa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is easily the star of the menu. The dosa is crisp and golden, made just like you\u2019d find in Mysore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What makes it special is the in-house Mysore masala paste, made fresh with their own secret recipe. It\u2019s layered with beetroot, potato sabji, and onions, then folded into a triangle and served with chutney and sambar. Simple, but done really well.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>Plain Dosa with Sagu, A Rare Find in Pune<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is something you don\u2019t see very often here. <\/span><b>Sagu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is a coconut-based curry, similar to a veg korma but lighter and more aromatic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Served with plain dosa or idli, it adds a completely different flavour profile to the meal. You can also order it separately, and it\u2019s definitely worth trying if you haven\u2019t had it before.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>Classic South Indian Comfort Done Right<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We also tried a few staples, and they didn\u2019t disappoint.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Dal Wada<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, thick, crispy on the outside, and packed with flavour inside. Served with chutney and tamarind dip, it makes for a perfect starter.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ghee Podi Thatte Idli<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, A soft, large idli topped with podi and a generous drizzle of ghee. Served with chutney and sambar, it\u2019s comfort food at its best.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><b>Mysore Pak Ice Cream, Unexpected but Amazing<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This was probably the most unique dish we tried. Their <\/span><b>Mysore Pak Ice Cream<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> blends chunks of Mysore Pak into kesar ice cream.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You get the richness of Mysore Pak along with the creamy texture of ice cream in every bite.
