The restaurant focuses on reviving rare and forgotten recipes from royal kitchens, dishes that are slowly disappearing from modern menus. Here, food is cooked with patience, restraint, and deep respect for tradition. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/masalatimespunecamp\/\">Masala Times<\/a> is known for serving Mughlai food in its most original form. The flavours are balanced and refined.<\/p>\n<p>One of the most special offerings at Masala Times is <strong>Mutton Dalcha<\/strong>. This restaurant is the only place in Pune where you can find this dish prepared using the original recipe. It is slow-cooked in large handis, allowing the flavours to develop naturally. This rare preparation is served <strong>only on Fridays<\/strong>, making it a sought-after dish for Mughlai food lovers.<\/p>\n<p>Another standout is the <strong>Mutton Khichda<\/strong>, available <strong>only on Saturdays<\/strong>. This is a dish rarely found in restaurants today. Tender mutton is cooked with wheat, desi ghee, and minimal spices. The result is a rich yet subtle dish that highlights texture and warmth rather than spice, offering a deeply satisfying experience.<\/p>\n<p>Sundays at Masala Times are reserved for the legendary <strong>Rampuri Tarkorma<\/strong>.
