This charming spot is run by the Iranian pastry chef Sajedeh Sattari, who brings the elegance of French-style baking to Pune. Every dessert is baked fresh daily. Nothing from the day before is ever served.<\/p>\n<p>The menu is small but packed with delicate flavors. Sattari Bakery bakes rich, creamy &amp; tiny cheesecakes. These are not your typical light and fluffy ones. They are small, dense and deeply satisfying. Popular flavors include <strong>Biscoff<\/strong> and <strong>Blueberry<\/strong>. The blueberry compote is made in-house, with real berries and no shortcuts.<\/p>\n<p>Their<strong> lemon cake<\/strong> is tailor made for citrus lovers. Sajedeh believes dessert is a luxury, not a meal. That\u2019s why everything here is small in size. Just enough to leave you wanting more.
