This place has rich traditional and hand-crafted sweets made with ingredients brought from Bengal like nolen, which is date jaggery. This spot is becoming the ultimate destination for those who love Bengali sweets!<\/p>\n<p>We tried few sweets that we didn\u2019t know even existed! The sweets we had were- <strong>Patishapta, Mihidana, Baked Rasgulla, Sitabhog, and Shorbhaja<\/strong>. These sweets are made with fresh paneer, chhena with is specially made in Bengal methods. All the sweets at this place are flavoured with rich, natural date palm jaggery and homemade ghee. The combination of these premium ingredients makes you fall in love with the sweets.<\/p>\n<p>The Sitabhog which is the special dessert that is only available at this store was a treat for both the eyes and the palate. It was made with grated paneer soaked in syrup and topped with tiny balls that tasted like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.urbanly.in\/pune\/food\/creamy-basundi-soft-gulabjamuns-in-pune-at-sanman-special\/\">gulab jamaun<\/a>. If you love fried sweets, the layered Shorbhaja is a must try! It is delicately crafted layer of cream with kheer fillings, fried until golden brown. The Patishapta is a soft, rolled crepe filled with coconut and jaggery. It has the right amount of sweet and which did not over power the hint of coconut. While the Baked Rasgulla offers a twist on the classic dessert. It tasted as if it was coated in rasmali and. It also had a caramelized top. The tiny grains of Mihidana which literally melted in the mouth looked like motichur, but had a very subtly sweetness.
